Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a temporary Administrative Assistant in San Diego, CA. This is a 6 month, possible temporary to hire opportunity in the Manufacturing industry. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below! Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:

• Need to be able to update website content using HTML and CSS
• Need Content Management System experience, Sitecore preferred
• Microsoft Office skills, basic Excel skills needed
• Website A/B testing and Personalization experience a plus
• InRiver (PIM Software) experience, not needed but would be a plus or any PIM tool data entry experience
• Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously to gather all the product information needed for input into PIM system
• Need to be organized and detail oriented to ensure they are putting the data in the correct fields and not duplicating information
• Need to be a self-starter and assertive, ability to try to find things on their own, know when to ask for help
• Light Photoshop skills, such as resizing images, not needed but would be a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not needed Qualifications:
• 1 year of relevant administrative experience
• Ability to use a computer for data entry
• Excellent communication skills; able to follow oral and written instructions in English with minimal supervision
