Responsibilities

• Perform office management tasks including purchasing office supplies, inventory checking, scanning documents, depositing checks, checking mail, etc.
• Answering phone calls and responding to customers in a kind and professional manner
• Manage phone calls, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments
• Assist in managing the Presidents calendar and inbox
• Sent postcards to clients
• Perform additional duties and assignments that help ensure a smooth and efficient business process
