Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage marketing staff
Contribute to strategic plans, implement sales plans, and achieve
marketing objectives
Identify consumer requirements, forecast business trends, and
improve product marketability
Qualifications:
8 years of experience in marketing
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism
Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and written communication
Background in creators' space and management consulting is a
plus
Marketing experience is preferred
