Job Description:
Maintenance Responsibilities: Facility emptying of trash,
changing light bulbs, preventative maintenance etc: Keeping grounds
free of trash and debris, light landscape maintenance. Handling and
moving of objects, maybe required to operate Forklift. Assist
departments and other staff members when needed. Must be flexible
and able to adapt to changing tasks quickly throughout the day.
Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Skills and
Experience : 1-2 years experience in a General Maintenance and
Custodial position. Fork lift certified preferred, knowledge of
various maintenance tools, and equipment, ability to lift 50lbs.
Valid California driver's license, clean driving record and
insurance required, reliable transportation. Candidate must have
the ability to pass a background check and able to gain access to
military bases.
