end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to

Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage and Hydroponic

with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and
Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10
contractor and operate construction crews in various areas of CA
and soon the rest of the U.S. The Job Overview This is a mid to
senior level role. We are on the lookout for highly motivated
individuals with a background in construction, coupled with
excellent communication skills. As a Construction Scheduler's
primary responsibility is to create a schedule and track project
progress, identify potential delays, and work with stakeholders to
ensure that projects remain within scope. A construction
scheduler's ultimate goal is to ensure that the project is
completed on time, within budget, and meets quality and safety
standards. Responsibilities Experience in the development of
logical sequencing of the work, contract durations and phasing.
Ability to work closely with clients, laborers, and project
managers to successfully schedule and coordinate all phases of the
construction process for all ZIS projects including servicing.
Ability and the understanding to fully utilize the computer program
Primavera/Expedition. Experience in the review and analysis of
claims, time extensions, and impact on costs. Perform related
tasks. Analyze construction schedules and recommend work-arounds
and schedule improvement ideas; Advise Project Manager of change
orders with schedule impact; Validate contractors project schedule
accuracy; Develop, report, and manage data for portfolio of
assigned projects; Actively participate in and identify scheduling
process improvements; Liaison with contractors scheduling
resources; Communicates schedule status on a regular basis via
formal and informal meetings, chats and reports; Maintain critical
path analysis and reporting deviations against the master schedule;
Maintaining change management program; Assisting with identifying
out-of-scope work items and creating change order requests to be
presented to client; Preparing and submitting monthly reports for
internal clients; Responsibility for project and program
contingency planning; Providing critical path analyses, identifying
problem areas and creating work-around solutions. Requirements and
skills Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
in a field related to construction required. 6 years of
professional experience working directly as a full-time Scheduler
involved on multiple construction projects. Strong computer skills
(MS Office, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Smartsheets, Fieldwire,
Google Suite, Primavera/Expedition) Fluent in English with strong
verbal/written communication skills Equipment used includes:
computers, standard office machines; copier/printer, headset, cell
phone. Indoor office environment. 5 years minimum of construction
project scheduling experience; field experience a plus. Zero Impact
