looking for our next Receptionist who can contribute to helping
patients thrive. Our receptionists are the first point of contact
for patients and their families, and will be responsible for
answering inbound calls, assisting with outbound calls,
coordinating appointments, helping with patient inquiries, front
desk administrative duties and more. Schedule: Part Time (3
days/24hours per week) to start with potential to grow into Full
Time! Location: 74000 Country Club Dr. Suite H1, Palm Desert CA
92260 Serve as the primary contact for patients and their families,
providing information about services, providers, insurance
benefits, and resources. Coordinate care among internal and
external providers, pharmacies, and insurances, ensuring seamless
communication. Respond to patient inquiries, maintaining accurate
and timely communication. Gather and share patient feedback with
Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Support management in training new hires by facilitating shadowing
opportunities. Triage new patient inquiries, providing information
about services and ensuring a smooth scheduling process. Receiving
patient queries in person, by phone or through electronic means,
and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate resource or
department. Greeting patients and visitors in office Provide basic
office administration support that includes copying, faxing,
filing, handling deliveries, and more. We are looking for someone
who: Has a super-power for dissolving conflict and uniting people.
Is an excellent communicator, both verbally and written. Has a
passion for helping people and loves to put their best foot forward
for others. Is dependable and a self-starter. Adapts well to
change. Enjoys working with others to find solutions. Is able to
work on site at the Palm Desert Clinic Compensation $22.00 per hour
24hrs per week to start with potential to increase to 40hrs per
week Non-exempt employee You Offer: Preferred 1 years of experience
in the healthcare industry Preferred 1 years in customer service
Preferred 1 years of insurance verification (but not required).
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and help others do the same.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
handle confidential information. Preferred Bachelor's degree or
equivalent experience. Completion of 90-day probationary period if
hired. A passion for learning and an adaptable attitude towards
growth. Problem solving and critical thinking skills. Patience when
handling tough patient scenarios. Willingness to help others with
problems. Able to perform under pressure while maintaining a
positive attitude on a fast-paced team. Strong computer proficiency
Strong organizational skills. High-level customer service combined
