POSITION SUMMARY Plan, manage and coordinate manufacturing work
activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products to
ensure on-time and on-budget execution in accordance with cost,
quality, and quantity specifications. Provide direct leadership and
oversight to supervisors and employees in production processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan, manage, coordinate
and ensure work activities necessary in manufacturing products in
accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications. -
Manage production processes and activities involved in performing
metal fabrication, cold drawing, cold rolling, machining, welding,
assembly, and thermal processing (heat treat). - Ensure monthly
budgeted top and bottom-line targets are achieved. - Lead and
develop team of production supervisors throughout multiple shifts.
- Ensure the delivery and quality of product meets or exceeds
customer and on-time delivery requirements. - Establish performance
goals and metrics for direct reports and team. - Evaluate,
facilitate, and drive process improvement to reduce waste and
improve labor and process efficiencies. - Prepare, maintain and
report out production status and reports. - Recommend, initiate, or
execute personnel actions, including terminations, and performance
management. - Participate in the recruitment life cycle including
interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training employees. - Manage
and monitor employees and performance through coaching, counseling,
monitoring and appraising work performance. - Works with cross
functional teams and collaborates with other members of management
and contributes to a team effort. - Ensure environmental, health
and safety policies are followed in accordance with company
policies and procedures. - Conduct and perform training as needed
or required. - Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time,
follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers,
understand, and follow work rules and procedures, comply with
company policies and procedures, goals, and objectives, and accepts
constructive feedback. - Other duties as assigned, requested or
needed. POSITION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an

essential functions. Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree
or equivalent education and experience. - Five (5) or more years’
experience in manufacturing with product management oversight.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Knowledge of metal forming,
and/or machining methods preferred. - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. - Intermediate understanding of manufacturing
product life cycle. - Intermediate understanding of enterprise
resource program systems, product planning and scheduling. -
Ability to prioritize and handle workflow. - Read and comprehend
verbal and written instructions. - Ability to work in diverse and

salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on
several factors that may include but are not limited to the type
and length of experience within the job, type, and length of
experience with the industry, education, geographic location, etc.
