Manager manages and leads the operation and staff of a portrait
studio in a host environment. As a Studio Manager, you will Provide
remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and
delivery experienceFollow established operational processes for
scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.Manage
performance and develop the skills of Team MembersAccountable for
the studio's ability to achieve results (sales average, customer
satisfaction )The Skills You'll Bring:High school diploma, GED, or
equivalent experience; college degree preferredMinimum 18 years of
age2+ years previous supervisory, retail, sales, service, or
photography experience preferredAbility to work a varied schedule,
including days, evenings, holidays, and weekendsStrong
communication and collaboration skillsAbility to quickly develop
rapport with children and adultsStrong math and intermediate
computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and specifically

multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location,
and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are
specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to
other locations.California : $39,400-$55,750 This position may be
eligible for a bonus incentive, health benefits, a 401K program,
