Job Description:
A company is looking for a Configuration Management Analyst
II.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical and process ownership of the
Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its relationship to
other functions and departments
Deliver Configuration Management services, maintain CMDB, execute
CI discovery processes, and engage in strategic projects
Identify non-compliance situations, perform audits, monitor CMDB
growth, and partner with IT Asset Management for process
improvements
Qualifications:
6+ years of IT experience in a large enterprise
4 years of experience in IT Configuration Management and hands-on
experience with Asset/CMDB tools
Degree in Computer Science
Experience with ServiceNow &/or Flexera CMDB/Data Population
processes
Understanding of IT Service Management and Configuration Management
practices
