Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational
goals
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
processes
Ensure compliance with US labor laws and enhance HR processes based
on industry trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
10 years of progressive HR experience in a US-based company
In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and regulations
Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Paychex and Breezy
Proven ability to conduct thorough workplace investigations
