Apply today and bring comfort, care, and compassion where its needed most.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care to hospice patients, including appropriate pain/symptom managementImplement nursing practice following a comprehensive assessment and plan of careProvide accurate and timely documentation of patient servicesAssess and provide patient and family/caregiver educationParticipate in coordination of hospice servicesProvide appropriate pain/symptom management and evaluate patient response to treatments/medicationsParticipate in professional growth and development opportunities and quality assessment activitiesEnsure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirementsAdditional responsibilities as assignedQualifications:Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program with current licensure to practice in state of operationThree years nursing experience.
