Job Description:
Sign-on bonus of $7,500 and a 36-week CFY training program
available.
Provides speech therapy rehab care to patients based on physician
referrals, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Requires a graduate degree in speech therapy (MS or MA), ASHA
certification or eligibility for CFY, and active state
licensure.
Preferred one year of post-acute care experience; CPR certification
required.
Responsibilities include developing patient goals, charting, using
therapy software, and collaborating with interdisciplinary
teams.
Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, excellent
communication, and dependability.
Includes community engagement, maintaining proper body mechanics,
and following policies and procedures.
Open to CFYs; must follow treatment plans under supervision,
evaluate care, and oversee CFYs when applicable.
Commitment to customer service, safety, and quality care is
essential.
