Full-Time/Part-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and
compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our
healthcare team in California. The ideal candidate will provide
comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages,
ensuring high-quality and patient-centered care. This role requires
excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a
commitment to improving patient health outcomes. Key
Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough physical examinations and
health assessments. - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic
illnesses. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed. - Educate patients
and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. -
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
ensure coordinated care. - Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of patient encounters. - Participate in quality
improvement initiatives and continuing education. Qualifications: -
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California. -
Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or
Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP). -
Experience in primary care settings preferred. - Strong clinical
and diagnostic skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a
