Searching for locum coverage for Neuro Interventional Radiology. Locum candidate needs to have a clean malpractice history (10 years with no open or paid claims); CA Medical License; CA DEA Address; and Covid Vaccinated / Boosted (proof required ). August Sept Nov. Nov. Dec. Jan. Providers will need to be internally credentialed with agencies. Please confirm that before bidding your providers. Patients per shift: TBD Minimum Board Certification: EMR System: Cerner
