Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Laguna Hills, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,384 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: 2 years License: Active Nursing License Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have: 2 years of experience required as staff at previous facility First-timers accepted Description: The facility allows locals within a specified distance. The position requires working three 12-hour night shifts each week. Candidates will be expected to float to like patients on other units as needed. A minimum of 4 weekend shifts is required every four-week schedule. Documentation is performed using an electronic health record system. Certifications required include ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. Holidays must be worked based on departmental requirements. Pre-approved time off must be included at the time of submission and is at the discretion of management. Candidates must have experience with various critical care skills and procedures. Patient demographics will include adults and geriatrics. The daily census will range between 18 and 24 patients. The unit will have 26 beds available. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and more.
