and career goals. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role
for an Ophthalmologist located in Chandler, AZ. Responsibilities
include diagnosing and treating eye diseases, performing surgeries,
providing routine eye care exams, prescribing corrective lenses,
and managing complex cases. The Ophthalmologist will collaborate
with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient
care and will communicate treatment plans effectively with
patients. Additionally, they will be expected to stay informed
about the latest advancements in ophthalmology to incorporate into
their practice. Qualifications A medical degree (MD or DO) with a
specialization in ophthalmology and completion of an accredited
ophthalmology residency program Proper licensure and board
certification to practice as an Ophthalmologist Strong skills in
diagnostic techniques and surgical procedures specific to the field
of ophthalmology Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
for patient interaction and collaboration with medical teams Proven
ability to manage patient care effectively, addressing both routine
and complex cases Dedication to continuous professional development
and knowledge of the latest advancements in eye care and treatment
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
preferred
