succeed The ideal candidate must be well spoken, have strong verbal
and written communication skills, and be able to work in a fast
paced, exciting environment. Must offer a first class customer
service experience to our customers each and every time. Guest
relations/sales experience preferred, but not necessary. We have
fantastic training opportunities and will train the right
candidates Bi-lingual a HUGE Plus Must have flexible schedule and

contacts sales leads generated by the Dealership Customer Relations
Management System (CRM/DealerSocket) Determines customer vehicle
needs by listening and asking questions Operates telephone
equipment and other telecommunications technologies Follows
pre-determined scripts when contacting sales leads via telephone
Sets customer appointments for Internet Department Sales
Consultants Tracks and inputs customer information into Dealership
CRM Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed Performs other duties as assigned
