Singing Hills Golf Club is now hiring for a Sous Chef at Red Tail Bar & Grill! If you have experience in casual or fine dining services- then Singing Hills is the place for you!
We offer competitive pay, employee discounts, and much much more. This is a salaried position starting at $62,400 but may vary depending on experience. This position is full time and for candidates looking to start immediately!
Our golf club is comprised of 36 holes of Championship golf (Oak Glen and Willow Glen) located in Dehesa Valley. Singing Hills Golf Club is proud to host the Junior World Golf Championships, numerous SCGA and USGA Championship qualifiers, the San Diego Junior Amateur, the annual PGA Chapter Shootout, numerous local charity events, and has been the host golf course for events such as the US Junior Amateur.

  Job Purpose: Assists the Resort Chef in developing and implementing menus and manages kitchen operations, kitchen staff
  Must have the following:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Food handler's card
  • CA Driver's License in good standing
  • 3 years cooking experience
  • 2 years cooking in a commercial kitchen
  • 1 year supervisory or Sous Chef experience
