and ongoing definitive actions. Job Purpose: The Vice President of
HR Service Delivery will lead our HR Operations, providing
strategic oversight and execution expertise on HR systems, talent
acquisition, talent management, and learning and development. This
position is a key partner to HR Business Partners and senior
leadership, responsible for operational excellence across the full
employee lifecycle, optimizing our HR technology and delivering a
more integrated, solution-focused employee experience. The pay
range for this position is $165,000–190,000 annually with
opportunity for an annual bonus. It is not typical for an
individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and
compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances
of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may
be influenced by a variety of factors including skills,
qualifications, experience and location. Key Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership and executive oversight across all HR
operational functions, including talent acquisition, talent
management, learning and development, and HR systems. Advance
strategic vision of our end-to-end talent acquisition strategy
aligned with workforce planning, ensuring recruiters and
coordinators have the tools, frameworks, and capabilities to
deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes. Lead the
development and execution of enterprise-wide talent management and
development initiatives, including performance management,
succession planning, and career pathing, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals and measurable impact on workforce capability.
Define and oversee the company’s learning and leadership
development strategy, establishing the infrastructure and programs
to accelerate skill development and prepare future leaders. Ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements through strategic oversight
of mandatory training programs, policy adherence, and audit-ready
documentation. Champion Numotion D&I pillars by successfully
embedding inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle and
fostering a culture of belonging and equity. Establish and maintain
rigorous controls for payroll and HR data processes, ensuring data
integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all processes and
systems. Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and management of HR
technology vendors and systems, optimizing performance,
cost-efficiency, and alignment with evolving business needs.
Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to
deliver key annual HR programs, including talent reviews,
compensation planning, engagement surveys, and change management
initiatives. Drive HR due diligence and integration planning for
M&A activity, ensuring seamless alignment of people, processes,
and culture. Serve as a strategic change agent, leading high-impact
projects and transformation initiatives that enhance organizational
agility and employee readiness. Build and lead a high-performing HR
team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion,
and continuous improvement. Maintain a forward-looking perspective
on industry trends, leveraging insights to inform strategy and lead
proactive change. Model and promote leadership behaviors aligned
with Numotion’s mission, values, and principles, upholding the
highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and service
excellence. Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and
comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations. Provide
excellent customer service for all internal and external customers
of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer
concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree
in related field or equivalent combination of education and
experience, with significant responsibility for Human Resources,
Talent Development and/or Operations Minimum of 10 years
operational management experience, with responsibility for:
Management and development of teams Leadership and organizational
development Proficient with utilizing recruitment-oriented software
(ATS), payroll systems, and learning management systems (LMS)
Ability to balance a strategic focus with a strong orientation
towards process improvement and an analytical, detail-oriented
perspective Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel within US as needed Preferred Competencies and

over time by leading and working with multiple levels and areas of
an organization. Forward thinking – identifies current trends and
uses to develop macro-level strategies and efforts to address.
