PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma and two years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Successful completion of Cascade Thermal Solutions training
program. Prior supervision experience in scientific or specialized
refrigeration, sterilization or HVAC preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and internet functions is
required; accounting and construction software packages
preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to
speak effectively to customers, vendors and managers via phone and
in person.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of
measure, using whole numbers. Ability to calculate figures and
amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and
percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions given in all forms. Ability to solve practical
problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished
in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to interpret
and offer solutions to more complex problems involving several
concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to sit, talk and listen; using hands to type. The employee
is often required to stand, reach with hands and arms, climb
ladders and stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl and walk on
concrete surfaces. The employee may occasionally be required to
lift and/or move up to ninety (90) pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision
and ability to adjust focus. Prosthetic or mechanical substitutes
for many of the above tasks are acceptable.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described herein are
representative of those an employee encounters while performing the
essential functions of this job.
The noise level is moderate (may be loud on some job sites).
Climates vary out of doors; typically ranging from 45-115 degrees.
Office work is performed in a comfortable office environment.
