Application/Product Support Engineer Irvine, CA (Hybrid- 3 days
onsite, 2 days remote) Full-Time Job ID 25-09694 Solugenix is
seeking an experienced Application/Product Support Engineer for a
full-time, hybrid position based in Irvine, CA. We are looking for
an Application/Product Support Engineer to help ensure our internal
development teams and external users have a seamless experience
using our development tools and platforms. You will work closely
with software engineers, DevOps, and product teams to troubleshoot
issues, optimize tooling, and contribute to improving the developer
experience. Required Skills: SCM Tools: GIT, GITHUB, SVN (any one
of these) CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions, Circle CI
(any one of these) Code Editors & IDEs: Visual Studio Code (VS
Code), Visual Studio (any one of these) Security & Code Quality
Tools: SonarQube, JFrog, Snyk (any one of these) Required
Experience:10 years of IT experience. 5 years of experience in
product support engineering. Strong experience in managing the
complete lifecycle of tools - handling licenses, upgrades, updates,
and version control for the tools listed above. Key
Responsibilities:Provide technical support for internal and
external developers using build systems, CI/CD pipelines, source
control tools, and other internal development tools. Troubleshoot,
debug and resolve issues related to development workflows, build
environments, and development tools. Collaborate with tool owners
and infrastructure teams to improve tooling reliability,
scalability, and usability. Create and maintain documentation for
tools, workflows, and best practices. Monitor support tickets and
maintain SLAs to ensure timely resolution of developer issues.
Gather feedback from developers and suggest improvements to tooling
and processes. Help onboard new developers by setting up and
supporting local dev environments and toolchains. Contribute to
automation scripts, extensions, or plugins that streamline
development workflows. Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and
DC: $65/hour to $72/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary
depending on factors including but not limited to, position
offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
