Job Description Job Description Job Title: Visual Inspector Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Visual Inspectors across multiple shifts. This role involves inspecting and packaging finished products to ensure they meet established specifications. Shifts available include 1st Shift (6am to 2:30pm), 2nd Shift (2pm to 10:30pm), and 3rd Shift (10pm to 6:30am). Responsibilities Complete training modules to become certified in vial inspection. Complete training on gowning techniques for access to designated areas. Visually inspect vials, labels, and packaging of finished goods to ensure they meet specifications. Manually label and package finished goods according to specifications when automated machinery is unavailable. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of batch records, forms, documents, and logbooks. Properly label and dispose of hazardous waste from the packaging floor. Assist team members in manufacturing areas when needed. Maintain good organization and housekeeping of tools and inspection/packaging machines. Adhere to applicable SOPs, GMP, and ISO regulations. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Essential Skills Experience in inspection and packaging, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Attention to detail and proficiency in visual inspection. Ability to stand continuously for two or more hours. Good oral and written communication skills. Strong team and problem-solving skills. Initiative and manual dexterity. Ability to work safely and operate material moving equipment safely. Basic math skills. Willingness to work overtime as necessary. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1 year of visual inspection experience is required. Pharmaceutical experience is preferred. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.60/hr.
