We are actively hiring for multiple production and operations roles across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. We Are Hiring: Machine Operators Forklift Operators Utility Workers Filler Operators As a member of our production and operations team, you will be responsible for performing hands-on manufacturing tasks across Bottling, HPP, Packaging, and Packout departments. Responsibilities include operating equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining production standards, assisting with material handling, and supporting a collaborative team environment. Qualifications Ability to work independently and follow standard procedures Production mindset with a sense of urgency Punctuality and consistency in performing duties Must pass a fit-for-duty physical exam Working Conditions Regular exposure to wet, cold manufacturing environments (temperatures as low as 35&degree;F) Occasional exposure to dry warehouse spaces or freezer conditions (down to -10&degree;F) Frequent exposure to high noise levels (above 85 dBA) Requires use of PPE including safety glasses, ear protection, gloves, and steel-toed footwear Physical Demands Must be able to stand, sit, bend, lift 50 lbs., and push/pull up to 100 lbs. continuously Perform repetitive motions including lifting, grasping, and handling materials or equipment Sufficient hand-eye coordination and dexterity to safely operate warehouse tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment Capable of safely operating manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery Tolerate constant movement, varying temperatures, loud environments, and occasional vibration Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour (based on role and experience) Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more Paid Parental Leave – 12 Weeks at 100% Pay 401(k) match to help you plan for the future Paid time off: vacation, sick days & holidays Juice benefits: yes, we keep you fueled and refreshed!
