Accounting Principals is seeking highly qualified candidates for a Mortgage Loan Processor position with a minimum of one to two years of real-estate lending experience with a reputable financial institution in the San Diego, CA area. This position is onsite and offers the opportunity to work with an growth focused company- with amazing benefits.Responsibilities:Act in consultant capacity to customers for customers who are inquiring about Mortgage Lending Products Guide customers through the entire process from Mortgage or Home Equity application to loan closing Provide proper disclosures to customers to ensure regulatory compliance is meet Certify all necessary documentation is collected, reviewed, and processed to underwriting in a timely manor Be main point of contact in regard to timely follow up in regard to any conditions or stipulations needing to be meet Ensure compliance trainings and activities are completed as necessaryQualifications:1-2 year mortgage lending experience Working knowledge of federal regulations related mortgage transactions Previous work with Symitar or Mortgage Cadence highly preferred Must obtain and maintain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System Number High School education or equivalent Skills: Expert knowledge with Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal skills Ability to work efficiently in high work volume environment Adaptability and flexibility with daily workflow Schedule/Jobsite: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, 100% Onsite/In Office Pay: $28-32/HR Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled To apply directly go follow this link: -loan- processor/?IDUS_EN_5_849435_2872213 Company Description Accounting Principals is a leader in finance and accounting staffing.
