Job DescriptionFood and Beverage Server/
CashierSUMMARY:.Responsible for providing the Customers with a
delightful dining experience from the initial reception until the
final good-bye. Responsible for handling Customer check monies
transactions in a prompt courteous manner and in accordance with
the Company's high standards of Customer Services.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of tasks is illustrative ONLY and

- Responsible for initial cordial reception to the Customers upon
arrival and the prompt courteous escort to a dining table.
- Responsible for receiving payment from food and beverage
Customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Responsible for answering telephones and making reservations,
if required.
- Advises Customers of waiting time and recommend beverage
outlets to Customers.
- Responsible for seating Customers according to established
rotation procedure, distribute menus and explain the food items.
- Handles any Customer complaints and resolves them quickly and
courteously.
- Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and
sanitation. Must present a professional appearance and adhere to
established policy and procedures regard appearance.
- Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service of food
and beverages to restaurant customers in accordance with venue
standards.
- Performs necessary tasks to service customers, i.e. taking and
filling all food and drink orders and assisting in maintaining
customers dining area in a clean and neat manner.
- Monitors customer needs on a continual basis ensuring all
requests will be promptly fulfills.
- Performs as a team member with; venue Hosts, Supervisors, Food
Servers, Bus People and Kitchen Staff in producing a smoothly and
efficiently run operation.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance
record.
- Assists other restaurant personnel with maintenance (side work,
opening/closing duties) as necessary.
- Serves alcohol beverages in accordance with established policy
and procedures and existing state regulations.QUALIFICATION
REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must

essential functions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School
diploma or GED required. Previous food server experience preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:Strong organizational and interpersonal
skills required. Must be able to pass and receive a food handler's
certification card within 30 days of hire. Complete and pass
testing for responsible alcohol service training within 30 days of
hire. LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read and interpret documents such
as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and
procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and
correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of
customers or employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability
to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and
statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions,
percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:Ability to define problems, collect data,
establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret
an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or
diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete
variables.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are

successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
