Job Description:
We are seeking for a Project Coordinator II R& D to join our
team! The Project Coordinator develops comprehensive project plans
for a wide variety of activities alongside internal stakeholders
and external vendors. This role is responsible for defining scope,
milestones, and overall timeline for assigned projects within the
R& D department. The Project Coordinator will monitor and
communicate about progress, follow through on problems that arise
during the course of a project, and evaluate successes and
opportunities for improvement when a project closes. Do you have

Statement(s) Schedules and leads team meetings to create and
implement project plans.Defines scope, milestones, supporting
tasks, and communication plans.Develops and maintains detailed
project schedules and documentation, using project management
software and Microsoft Office tools.Coordinates with vendors and
other external stakeholders; collaborates with people from a
variety of functional areas to drive projects to timely
completion.Effectively manages the flow of information and
communication across all project stakeholders including status
updates and key deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.Monitors
progress, updates project plans as needed, and proactively
communicates to those involved about project status.Measures
project results against initial objectives identifies areas for
improvement, reports project status, and evaluation to
leadership.Manages various projects simultaneously with efficiency,

year of experience. Understands fundamental concepts, practices,
and procedures of the role. Works on projects/matters of limited to
medium complexity. Ability troubleshoot and solve problems. Gaining
exposure to some of the more complex tasks within the job function.
Works under moderate supervision. Level 2: All requirements of
level one in addition to Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Understands and practices advanced knowledge of the role and
leverages all available tools to drive results. Ability to develop
objectives and solve complex problems. Determines and allocates
resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts
allocations when necessary. Works on projects/matters of medium to
high complexity (example; R&D projects from the beginning of
product development through manufacturing implementation). Project
Management Certification preferred. Provides assistance and
training to lower-level employees. Works under limited

QualificationsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience:
Minimum three years' professional project management experience
required. Work experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Bachelor's degree and/or PMP certification preferred. Bilingual in
English/Spanish is a plus. Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft
Office; experience using project management software; ability to
construct Gannt charts; highly computer literate with the ability
to learn new software applications.
