Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Associate Customer Support
Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries related to software applications via
phone, email, and chat
Triage and troubleshoot customer problems to provide effective
solutions
Communicate and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate
support level
Required Qualifications:
1 year of customer service experience
Experience with technology and Microsoft applications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree
preferred)
Experience in a real-time customer support center is preferred
Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce,
Freshdesk, Talkdesk, Jira, etc
