Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior People Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line support for all internal and external
People-related questions, manage onboarding and offboarding
processes, and maintain HR tech stack
Oversee payroll processing, coordinate with Finance, and manage PEO
partnership
Lead benefits administration, ensure compliance, and manage
employee training within the LMS platform
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of HR experience at a start-up or technology company
Proven track record of supporting operational processes and
managing benefits
Strong working knowledge of HR tools and systems, including
specific software proficiency
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Creative thinker and problem solver with a solutions-oriented
mindset
