Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program/Project Lead in the United
States.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and nurture relationships with internal teams and
external vendors to advance speech analytics, automation, and AI
capabilities
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and
deliver detailed analysis on program outputs
Execute AI integration within direct phone sales and support
various teams/functions with project management efforts
Required Qualifications:
4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 or more years of experience preferred
No supervisory responsibilities for this role
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered
