Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims Generalist II.

Key Responsibilities:

Review claim files for completeness and contact customers for additional information
Set-up/register new claims, assign claim numbers, and analyze claim notifications
Handle and settle minimally technical Life & Health or Property & Casualty claims

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience with tele-service skills
Experience in insurance or claim-related environment
Familiarity with Life & Health or Property & Casualty insurance products
License required for P&C, including DP & GAP
