Job Description:
A company is looking for a Voluntary Benefits Claims
Examiner.
Key Responsibilities:
Document all claim information including phone calls and
correspondence
Read and analyze medical records to confirm benefits available to
members
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively
with claimants and employers
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months experience in Medical Insurance Claims
Processing
Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center/call center
Group Life/Disability/Voluntary Claims experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
NY Adjustor License preferred
