Summary Job:
The Senior Compliance Consultant primarily acts as an auditor and
mentor of nursing department functions to ensure compliance of
applicable federal, state, and local
standards/guidelines/regulations and to ensure the highest degree
of quality resident care and safety as well as provides direction
to other Compliance Consultants (if applicable). -
Position Summary:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
fulfill each essential duty with a strong degree of
professionalism. - This position requires a detail-oriented
professional with excellent communication skills. The requirements
listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or
ability required.

- - - - - - Advanced nursing degree such as a BSN or equivalent
educational background.
- - - - - - Minimum 3 years of long-term care nursing experience in
a management or auditing role.
- - - - - - Sub-acute experience, preferred.
- - - - - - Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed
Vocational Nurse by the State of California.
- - - - - - CPR Certification Required.
- - - - - - Must maintain current licensure in good standing during
employment with this facility in accordance with the State
Board.
