Production Operator Positions Open at El Cajon With Pay $19/Hr.1st ShiftRoles and Responsibility:

• Operate machinery, measure the product, load/unload material
• There will be heavy lifting 50-80lbs
• Product is rubber hoses
• Everyone first starts in Scrap for training 1-2 weeks, which is easiest dept. and most physical. In this dept. there is a lot of running of machinery, measuring with calipers, and occasional use of microscope when needed to see details.
• They'll be reading labels and basic quality reports. will be in this dept. for 1-2 months before having the opportunity to moving to the Hose Dept. where a lot of people like to work, it's a little bit more laid back and less physical than the first 2 depts. If you are good at acqua traxx you will be good at the hose dept.Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of production experience is ideal, has hired cooks and fast food workers before
  • mechanically inclined ability to use a caliper and measuring tools
  • able to lift 50+lbs constantly
  • ability to work weekends
  • heavy lifters- lifting 40-80lbs 100 times a day Work Environment:
    • Very warm environment in the summer, fans all around but it is still very hot. Not climate controlled so will also be chilly in the winter
    • Dress code is flexible due to this
    • noisy as well, will have ear plugs provided to them
