Job Description:

A company is looking for a Learning Analyst/Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders to create measurement and evaluation plans
Analyze data to measure training effectiveness and provide actionable insights
Design and develop interactive learning content using adult learning principles

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
Four years of instructional design experience
Proven experience in data analysis and learning measurement
Experience with digital learning development tools and Learning Management Systems
Knowledge of training metrics and evaluation methodologies
