Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop territory optimization and alignment models
Execute and maintain predictive quota setting methodologies
Support sales compensation planning and analysis
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a preference for a Master's degree
3+ years of experience in an analytical support role
Prior sales incentives, analysis, or operations experience in the
healthcare sector
Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Oracle, Qlikview, Tableau
Ability to match/merge databases for analysis
