Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Loan Officers with gathering required documentation for loan applications
Manage loan application pipeline and ensure submission requirements are met
Work with internal teams to ensure loans are properly documented

Required Qualifications:

1+ year experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Sales Assistant
Active NMLS license or ability to acquire one within 90 days of hire
Experience using Encompass, Blend, and/or Google Suite
Comfortable with change and working in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent education
