Guide customers confidently through the sales process from first inquiry to activation and setup, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience. Promote new lines, upgrades, bundles, and accessories with enthusiasm and precision. Stay informed about AT&T's latest promotions, product launches, and industry developments to provide timely recommendations. Actively contribute to team development through regular meetings and targeted wireless training
