This role is pivotal in influencing the sales activities in various therapeutic areas, leveraging deep industry knowledge and market insights. The ideal candidate will strategically drive Lundbeck's mission, focusing on enhancing the lives of patients by providing outstanding clinical solutions and increasing the footprint of Lundbeck's pioneering products in the region. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed targets in assigned multi-specialty areas Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on strategies and optimize product launch and penetration Analyze regional market trends to proactively adjust strategies Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brain disease therapeutic area, staying abreast of the latest developments and competitor activities Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and Lundbeck's ethical standards within all aspects of the sales process Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the healthcare sector Proven ability in strategic sales planning and execution Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics Ability to analyze sales data and market research Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed Preferred: Advanced degree in a related field or MBA Preferred: Certification in Sales Management or Pharmaceutical Sales
