Identify and target potential customers and new business opportunities within the construction industry Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities Present, promote and sell Badger Inc.'s products using solid arguments and leveraging technology solutions customized to client needs Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to optimize the sales process Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the construction industry Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Sales Management Certification preferred Certified Construction Sales Professional (CCSP) is a plus
